Share represents a 2.5% equity interest in the stallion Flameaway. Share #28, 40 share syndicate, 1 season per year 2024 onward, 51 Regular Book, share owner will be responsible for 1/40^th of expenses related to the board, advertising & keep of the stallion.

Share is sold with 2024 season & onward, all seasons, income etc from 2023 & prior shall remain the property of the seller

Share is subject to right of first refusal from the Flameaway syndicate. Upon successful bid from a prospective buyer through the Fasig Tipton December Digital Sale, the share shall be presented to the syndicate members where they will have 5 days to match the successful bid. If a shareholder should exercise the right to match the bid, the share would then be sold to the shareholder. The prospective buyer through the digital sale would then not be liable for the purchase price, nor any expenses associated with the share during the 5-day polling period.
